Page Street Performance — Terms of Service
Last updated: January 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Page Street Performance UG (haftungsbeschränkt), operating under the brand name Page Street Performance (“PSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your access to and use of the coaching services, programs, digital tools, media, community spaces, and related offerings provided by PSP.
By enrolling, accessing, or participating in PSP in any form, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Page Street Performance Is (and Is Not)
Page Street Performance is building a Human Performance Operating System — a human-led, AI-amplified system that combines coaching, education, digital tools, and media to support alignment across training, nutrition, and mindset.
References to an “operating system” describe an organizational and educational framework, not a medical system, diagnostic tool, or autonomous decision-making platform.
PSP provides:
- Human coaching and guidance
- Educational content and programming related to physical preparation, fueling, and behavioral alignment
- Sports- and performance-oriented nutrition education intended to support physical activity and recovery
- Digital and AI-assisted tools that support organization, adaptation, and delivery
- Community environments centered on respect, consent, and psychological safety
PSP does not provide:
- Medical care or medical advice
- Medical nutrition therapy, clinical dietetic treatment, or dietary intervention for diagnosed medical conditions or eating disorders
- Mental health therapy or diagnosis
- Emergency, crisis, or acute care services
- Automated or autonomous health decisions
- Guarantees of outcomes
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should seek immediate local assistance.
Nothing provided by PSP should be interpreted as medical or therapeutic advice. You remain responsible for consulting licensed professionals when appropriate.
2. Eligibility, Accounts & Participation
By using PSP services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are capable of participating in physical and reflective activities
- You will provide accurate, honest, and complete information during onboarding and participation
You agree to promptly inform PSP of relevant changes to your condition or circumstances, including injury, illness, pregnancy, or significant life stressors.
If PSP provides access to accounts, portals, or protected resources, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Coaching Relationship, Systems & Responsibility
PSP offers guidance, structure, and support — not commands, prescriptions, or guarantees.
You acknowledge that:
- Progress and outcomes vary by individual
- Results are not guaranteed
- You are responsible for listening to your body and regulating participation
- You may pause, stop, or modify any activity at any time
PSP may use AI-assisted tools to help organize information, identify patterns, suggest adaptations, or improve the delivery of coaching and content.
These tools:
- Do not make autonomous decisions about your health or behavior
- Do not replace human coaching judgment
- Do not override your agency or responsibility
All guidance remains supportive in nature. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply it.
4. Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk
Participation in PSP may involve physical exertion, changes to routines, nutritional experimentation, and reflective or mindset-oriented work.
You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical injury, soreness, or fatigue
- Emotional discomfort or stress
- Temporary changes in mood, energy, or perception
Some experiences may involve reflection on habits, beliefs, identity, or stress patterns. These experiences are educational and exploratory, not therapeutic.
A separate Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement forms part of onboarding and must be accepted prior to participation.
5. Payments, Fees, Refunds & EU Withdrawal Rights
Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are disclosed at enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the stated cancellation terms
- Fees are non-refundable once access to services or digital content has begun, except where required by applicable law
- Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation
- PSP may update pricing with reasonable advance notice
Payment disputes must be raised promptly and in good faith.
EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content or services and acknowledge that performance begins immediately, your right of withdrawal may lapse in full once access is granted, in accordance with applicable law (§ 356 BGB).
6. Community Conduct, Inclusion & Psychological Safety
Participation in PSP community spaces (online or in person) is governed by our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
We expect:
- Respectful, non-coercive communication
- Honoring boundaries, consent, and identity
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abuse
PSP aims to design inclusive and adaptive experiences. However, not all services may be accessible to all bodies, abilities, or circumstances. We encourage open communication so reasonable adaptations can be explored.
PSP reserves the right to pause or terminate access if community safety or integrity is compromised.
7. Collective Model & Coach Variability
PSP operates as a performance collective. Services may be delivered by multiple coaches or contributors operating under shared standards, systems, and values.
Coaching styles, methods, communication approaches, and experiences may vary between coaches. PSP does not guarantee uniformity of experience across all contributors.
8. Media, Visibility & Participation
From time to time, PSP may create media in group, community, or public-facing contexts, including photographs, video, audio, or written reflections.
Participation in PSP does not require consent to appear in media. Where identifiable use requires consent under applicable law, separate permissions will be requested.
Users may opt out of media participation where reasonably possible by communicating preferences in advance.
9. Intellectual Property, Permitted Use & System Learning
All PSP programs, frameworks, media, and materials are owned by Page Street Performance unless otherwise stated.
You may use PSP materials solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute PSP materials
- Share paid content outside its intended use
- Use PSP materials to coach or train others without permission
- Represent PSP materials as your own
You retain ownership of your personal data and inputs. PSP may use aggregated, anonymized insights derived from participation to improve systems, content, and services. No personally identifiable information will be used without consent.
10. Privacy, Data Protection & Third-Party Tools
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains:
- What data we collect
- Why we collect it
- How it is stored and protected
- Your rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR)
PSP does not use personal data for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
PSP may rely on third-party tools and platforms (e.g., payment processors, communication services, analytics providers) to deliver services. Use of such tools may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. PSP is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
11. Service Changes, Interruptions & Force Majeure
PSP services may evolve, change, or be retired as systems improve and offerings adapt.
PSP is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, natural events, illness, infrastructure disruptions, or governmental actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PSP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- PSP is not responsible for decisions you make based on guidance or content
- PSP’s total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for PSP services during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted under German law.
13. Dispute Resolution
PSP encourages good-faith communication and informal resolution of concerns before formal legal proceedings are initiated. Nothing in this section limits your legal rights under applicable law.
14. Governing Law & Global Access
PSP services are offered globally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
PSP may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated clearly.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PSP is designed to support autonomy, agency, and alignment — not dependency, coercion, or abdication of responsibility.
