The Today screen: today's session with every movement and its target, a Start session button, today's fuel, and your named coach one message away

Open it in the morning. Today is already decided.

You've been your own coach.

Programmer, nutritionist, motivator — and the person who still has to show up and lift. The problem is rarely effort. It's coordination.

Before — every job at once

  • Doing the math on every meal
  • Winging every workout
  • Training hard, recovering badly
  • Watching the scale refuse to budge
  • Googling what to do at midnight

Now — the work you keep

  • Show up and train
  • Eat without the math
  • Check in once a week
  • Trust the plan

Together, we move forward.

One loop, every week.

Monday, the plan lands. You train. On the weekend you check in — five minutes. Next Monday is built from what you told us.

Today screen: the day's session with every movement and its target, today's fuel, and your coach — one screen

Any morning

Open it, and today is decided

The week's plan lands on Monday. Every morning after that, the answer is already there: your session, your fuel, and your coach on one screen. Nothing to plan, nothing to negotiate with yourself.

  • Training, fueling, and mindset arrive as one brief
  • Written against your real capacity, not your best-ever week
Guided session: a demo clip of the dumbbell bench press, your working weight and rep range, a plain-language effort cue, set 2 of 4, and a one-tap Set 2 done button

In the gym

It paces you, set by set

One movement on screen, with a demo so you're not guessing what it should look like. Log the set in one tap. The rest clock starts itself, counts you down, and puts the next set in front of you — warm-up to cool-down, without you running the session from your phone.

  • Most movements carry a short demo clip — watch it, then lift
  • No stopwatch to start, no timer to remember: it counts you down and moves you on
  • What you log this week shapes what you're asked for next
Daily fuel screen: the day type, how many plates to eat, and hand-portion guidance for protein, carbs, fats, and greens

Every day

Nothing to count.

Your hand is the measuring tool: palms of protein, cupped hands of carbs, greens on everything. No food scale, no logging every bite — the portions move with how hard you trained that day.

  • Heavy day, easy day, rest day — the plate changes, you don't do the math
  • Step on the scale when we ask. The trend over weeks — never a single morning — is what tells your coach to adjust your portions up or down
Weekly check-in, step 1 of 4: energy, recovery, stress, sleep, and fueling rated on five-point scales

Weekend

Five signals. Five minutes.

Energy, recovery, stress, sleep, fueling — rated honestly, not optimistically. Then a win, a friction point, and anything your coach should know.

  • Four short steps, no essay writing
  • This is the input Monday's plan is built from
Coaching thread: a note from your coach, the athlete asking whether to add runs on off days, and the coach's answer — what to do instead, and why

Any time

A real person, one message away

Your coach reads every check-in and replies in your thread — not a bot, not a group chat. Ask whether to add a run, flag a niggle, or say the week went badly, and what comes back is an actual answer with the reasoning attached.

  • Your named coach, not whoever's on shift
  • Open coach office hours every two weeks if you'd rather talk it through

It reads your week, then rebuilds the plan.

You see the same thing your coach sees: where you are on the path, whether it's working, and what actually moves it.

01

Rebuilt every Monday

Your check-in and your logged sets decide what next week asks of you. A bad week bends the plan instead of breaking it.

02

Lighter weeks are scheduled

Three weeks build, then a lighter week lets it stick — a notch higher each round. Recovery is in the program, not a reward for burning out.

03

Two honest signals

The same work starting to feel easier, and the load on the bar going up. Your coach reads both and tells you plainly what's moving.

Programming built on strength-and-conditioning practice — not on what performed well as a clip.

Journey screen: where you are in the build-and-recover cycle, two progress signals, and what speeds the work up or slows it down

"I build your capacity, then help you point it at what you actually want."

Founder & head coach · Strength & conditioning · Berlin

Ivan spent fifteen years building internet infrastructure before movement brought him back to his own body — and he coaches with the same eye. Where most people see an effort problem, he sees a configuration one: training, fueling, recovery, and mindset working against each other instead of together. He still coaches group classes on a Berlin gym floor every week. Foundations before intensity, and never fear or shame as fuel.

Before you commit.

Is this another fitness app?

No. PSP is human coaching with a system underneath. The app is where the coaching lands — your plan, your sessions, your fuel, your coach's replies. You're never left alone with a workout library.

What do I need to train?

Access to weights — ideally a gym, but a home setup works too (even a few adjustable dumbbells go a long way). Strength is the spine of the program, so you'll want something you can load. Tell your coach what you've got in the intake, and the plan is built around it.

What if I miss a week?

Bad weeks are data, not failure. Your coach reads the weekend signals — energy, recovery, stress, friction — and the next Monday's plan reflects what actually happened, not what you'd planned.

What if my goal changes?

Goals shift — that's expected. Your coach reassesses where you are and where you want to go, then changes what the plan emphasizes. The work itself takes time, so patience is part of the deal.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Month-to-month, no contracts. The first two weeks are calibration — if it isn't right by then, you can cancel without penalty.

Ready to be coached?

Hand off the coaching. Show up to train. The work compounds.
