You've been your own coach.

Here's what we take off your plate.

Before — carrying it all yourself

  • Doing the math on every meal
  • Winging every workout
  • Dragging through workouts, running on empty
  • Watching the scale refuse to budge
  • Googling what to do at midnight

Now — the work you keep

  • Show up and train
  • Eat without the math
  • Check in once a week
  • Trust the plan

Together, we move forward.

Your feed isn't built for your health.

Social platforms know you well enough — they just aren't on your side. What they show you is chosen to keep you watching, not to make you healthier. Endless, confident, often contradictory: optimized for the next scroll, never for a real body living a real life.

We built the opposite.

01

Science-backed

Programming built on what the research actually supports — not on what performed well as a clip.

02

Built as a system

One plan for training, fueling, and mindset — a tool that builds capacity and bends to how your week actually went.

03

A founding community

Early, and small on purpose — people training the same way. You help shape what it becomes.

One system. Calibrated to your goal.

Pick the track that's you

Wherever you're starting, you'll find yourself in one of these. Pick the closest — the system calibrates from there.

A date on the calendar

This is me →

Competition prep.

Meet, race, podium, stage — and everything between now and then has to taper toward it. You want someone who's run the calculus before, so you arrive prepared instead of cooked.

Change how you're built

This is me →

Body recomposition.

Leaner, denser, more capable — in the mirror and on the bar. You've done the diet that worked and then watched it slip. This time the structure has to hold past month four.

Getting (back) into it

This is me →

A rhythm that holds.

Starting fresh, coming back after time off, or just wanting to feel strong and have energy for your life. Not another crash program — a rhythm that survives a bad week and holds when motivation doesn't. Where most people begin.

Different goals, one system underneath — your coach decides what to emphasize, and when.

How the system holds it

Training

Strength, built to last.

Progressive strength work as the spine, with conditioning matched to your goal — programmed against your real capacity, not your best-ever week. Built for durability, not a 30-day peak, so travel, stress, and missed days bend the plan instead of breaking it.

Fueling

Fuel, made simple.

Simple principles, not spreadsheets — enough quality energy to power the training and recover from it. The plate flexes with your training day. No scales, no calorie math, no tracking every bite; you learn to eat well without running a second job.

Mindset

The inner game.

We put the mental work inside the training, not in a separate module — orienting you, surfacing the stories driving the behavior, and building resilience that holds when life pushes back. A weekly focus, a monthly reflection, and a coach reading what you don't log.

Coaching. From humans. Delivered here.

Every week runs the same loop — and you can see each piece of it in the app.

Monday

Plan lands.

Training, fueling, and mindset for the week — coordinated as one brief.

Through the week

Train, fuel, recover.

You do the work. Your coach holds the structure.

Weekend

Send a check-in.

Energy, recovery, stress, one win, one friction point. Five minutes.

Next Monday

Plan adjusts.

Your coach reads the signals. The week ahead reflects what actually happened.

Today screen: the day's session, fuel, and a message from your coach on one screen

Today

Open it, and today is handled

Your session, your fuel, and a line from your coach — all on one screen the moment you wake up. Nothing to plan, nothing to decide. You show up and do the work.

Guided session: one movement per screen with target sets, how-to cue, and a place to log each set

In the gym

One move at a time, guided

The app walks you through the session move by move — what to do, how to do it, and where to log each set. From warm-up to cool-down, you're never standing there wondering what's next.

Daily fuel screen: a plate model, calorie range for the day, and hand-portion guidance for protein, carbs, and fats

Fueling, simplified

No scales. No counting.

Your hand is the only measuring tool you need: palms of protein, cupped hands of carbs, greens on everything. The amounts flex with how hard you trained that day — structured at first, second-nature before long.

Coaching thread: direct messages with your named human coach, with your replies in the same thread

Your coach

A real human, one message away

Not a bot, not a group chat — your actual coach, reading every check-in and replying in your thread. Ask a question, flag a niggle, or just say the week went well. The person, structurally present.

Plan, train, check in, adjust — every week. And open coach office hours every two weeks, whenever you want to talk it through live.

Expert practitioners, guiding you through the work.

Ivan Sanz

"I build your capacity, then help you point it at what you actually want."

Ivan Sanz

Founder & head coach · Strength & conditioning · Berlin

Ivan spent fifteen years building internet infrastructure before movement brought him back to his own body — and he coaches with the same eye. Where most people see an effort problem, he sees a configuration one: training, fueling, recovery, and mindset working against each other instead of together. Foundations before intensity, and never fear or shame as fuel.

NASM-CPT & Sports Nutrition Coach (NSCA-CSCS in progress) · Coached 250+ group classes at Flagship, San Francisco · Ironman 70.3 · CrossFit since 2011

A coaching practice, led by trusted practitioners, running on a system. More coaches join as the cohort grows, trained on the same system.

"I could type a paragraph about his knowledge of the human body and how it relates to fitness — but what stands out most is Ivan's heart."

From sign-up to compounding.

A short calibration, then a system that compounds — building capacity you keep.

Onboardingfirst days

Day one — you commit. The cognitive load comes off your plate the moment you sign up.

Within 48 hours — your first plan lands. A short intake, then training, fueling, and mindset arrive as one system.

Calibrationfirst two weeks

You and your coach learn each other. You start finding the rhythm; they fine-tune around how your body and life actually respond — and the plan tightens to your real capacity.

Not right by the end of week two? Cancel clean.

Compoundingmonths in

Weeks three on, the rhythm becomes second nature. Then it compounds — strength builds on strength, patterns emerge no single week reveals, each block sharper than the last.

Capacity you didn't have before — and still building.

Is this another fitness app?

No. PSP is human coaching with a system underneath. The technology handles organization and pattern-surfacing so coaches can focus on coaching. You won't be left to figure things out alone with a workout library.

What do I need to train?

Access to weights — ideally a gym, but a home setup works too (even a few adjustable dumbbells go a long way). Strength is the spine of the program, so you'll want something you can load. Tell your coach what you've got in the intake, and the plan is built around it.

What if I miss a week?

Bad weeks are data, not failure. Your coach reads the weekend signals — energy, recovery, stress, friction — and the next Monday's plan adjusts to what actually happened, not what you'd planned. Routine weeks stay on the same arc.

What if my goal changes?

Goals shift — that's expected. Your coach reassesses where you are and where you want to go, then shifts what the plan emphasizes. The work itself takes time, so patience is part of the deal.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Month-to-month, no contracts. The first two weeks are calibration — if it isn't right by then, you can cancel without penalty.

Ready to be coached?

Hand off the coaching. Show up to train. The work compounds.
