Each Monday you receive a plan covering training, fueling, and a mindset focus for the week. During the week, you execute and log your sessions. On Friday, a short 3–5 minute check-in captures what happened — training compliance, energy, recovery, stress, one win, one friction point.

When intervention is needed, your coach responds within 2 business days. Routine weeks progress automatically inside the system.

What if I fall off track?

Consistency matters more than perfection. The system is designed to adapt when life disrupts your plan. Missed sessions or low-energy weeks don't reset progress — they inform the next adjustment.

We recalibrate and move forward.

How quickly do I get support?

When intervention is needed, your coach responds within 2 business days. This is the committed response window — not a guarantee of daily messaging.

Routine support flows through the weekly loop, with structured check-ins and adaptive progression.

Is this 1:1 coaching?

It's personalized within a structured system. Your plan, fueling, and feedback are specific to you and your context.

This is not unlimited 1:1 messaging or on-demand coaching — it's a structured coaching relationship designed to be sustainable over time.

Do I have to track macros?

Not as a default. Most members work from a fueling base — a structure aligned to their workload without obsessive tracking.

A Structured Macro Phase (2–4 weeks) is available when it makes sense for your goals, but it's time-bound and used intentionally, not as a permanent requirement.
