For those ready to be coached.
€150/month, locked for the life of your membership. The standard rate rises to €180 on 7 August 2026 — yours won't.
First two weeks are calibration — if it isn't right by then, cancel without penalty.
You've been doing this on your own.
It was never an effort problem. You've been the athlete and the coach — and no one does both well.
Ivan Sanz
Founder, Page Street Performance
So the answer was never more discipline. It's to set one of the two roles down — the planning, the programming, the second-guessing that ride on top of the actual training. That's what PSP exists to take off your plate. I'm the founding practitioner. The system carries the structure — weekly plan, check-in signals, calibration between weeks — so coaching holds the same standard whether you're working with me or with another PSP practitioner. Your job narrows back to what an athlete's job should be: train, fuel, recover, tell me how it's going.
For early members, the founding rate is €150/month, locked for the life of your membership. Standard rate (€180) takes over for everyone joining after 7 August 2026 — but founding members keep €150 forever.
Why this rate, why this date: you're taking a real bet on something early. The lower rate reflects that bet. You also get monthly office hours with me and direct input on what gets built — because the early cohort shapes what PSP becomes. By the time the founding window closes, PSP will have earned its standard price — and new members will pay it. Joining now, while it's still being built, is exactly what this rate is here to honor.
If you've been thinking about working with a coach but the existing options feel either too automated or too chaotic, this is the version that sits in between. Real coaches, evidence-based programming, structured to take the load off you. I'd love to have you in.
— Ivan
What this actually looks like
Training, fueling, and mindset — coached as one system, in a weekly rhythm.
Most coaching products are described, not shown. Here's what the weekly rhythm actually looks like in practice.
Today
Open it, and today is handled
Your session, your fuel, and a line from your coach — all on one screen the moment you wake up. Nothing to plan, nothing to decide. You show up and do the work, and the app holds the structure around it.
In the gym
One move at a time, guided
The session runs one movement per screen — the target, a form cue, and a place to log each set as you go. Warm-up to cool-down, you're never mid-workout wondering what's next or whether you're doing it right.
Fueling, simplified
No scales. No counting. Fueling by feel.
The plate model uses your own hand as the measurement tool. Protein stays palm-sized. Carbs flex with your training day. Greens are non-negotiable, and the guidance retunes to your training load automatically. When a goal calls for more precision — a meet, a stubborn plateau — your coach can layer in macros for a stretch, then hand it back to feel.
Your coach
A real human, one message away
Not a bot, not a group chat — your actual coach, reading every check-in and replying in your thread. Ask a question, flag a niggle, or just say the week went well. The person, structurally present — not an app pretending to be one.
Early voices
"I could type a paragraph about his knowledge of the human body and how it relates to fitness — but what stands out most is Ivan's heart."

What arrives, and when
The weekly inventory.
A coaching membership is only as useful as what actually shows up. Here's the system you're paying for, in the order you'll meet it.
- Monday plan
- Training, fueling, and mindset focus for the week, delivered as one coordinated brief.
- Daily logging
- A lightweight place to record what you did, how it landed, and what got in the way.
- Weekend check-in
- A 3–5 minute review: compliance, energy, recovery, stress, one win, one friction point.
- Coach response
- When something needs attention, a written reply within two business days. Routine weeks progress automatically.
- Coach office hours
- A live group drop-in every two weeks — bring a question, talk through a sticking point, or just check your thinking. Open access, not only when something's off.
- Adaptive replanning
- Travel, stress, illness, and bad weeks absorbed into the plan without restarting.
- Monthly reflection
- A longer beat each month to step back from the week-to-week and re-anchor direction.
- Calibration window
- The first two weeks are explicitly calibration — settings, load, communication rhythm.
- Cancel anytime
- Month-to-month. No annual commitment, no cancellation friction.
Is this for you?
Honest fit before commitment.
This is for you if
- You're playing the long game — building strength, capability, and longevity
- You've outgrown self-coached or app-based programs
- You want a coach without the constant texting
- You're willing to invest 5 minutes a week in a check-in to make the coaching better
- You value depth over urgency, structure over hype
This is not for you if
- You want on-demand 24/7 support — PSP is structured, not reactive
- You want a coach who negotiates the plan with you week to week
- You want to be left alone with a workout library and no human input
- You're not ready to log honestly when things don't go to plan
- You want hype, intensity, or transformation language
What founding members get
More than a discount.
-
Lifetime founding rate
€150/month for as long as you stay. Standard rate (€180/mo) applies to anyone joining after 7 August 2026. Your rate doesn't move.
-
Monthly founder office hours
A live call with Ivan once per month, founding cohort only. Performance conversations, product input, real talk about what's working.
-
A community, early and small
A founding cohort training the same way. Small on purpose — you're not joining a crowd, you're helping start one, and shaping what it becomes.
-
Direct input on what gets built
Founding members have a direct line to how PSP is built. What's confusing, what's working, what's missing — your feedback shapes how the system evolves.
-
Reduced rates for in-person events
When PSP hosts in-person events, founding members get reduced rates.
How PSP compares
A coach, an app, or a system?
Most people land here after cycling through one or two of the alternatives below. Here's an honest map of where each one fits — and where PSP is built differently.
| Self-coached | Fitness app | Personal trainer | PSP | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who designs the plan | You, from research | An algorithm, from your inputs | A coach, on their own playbook | A real coach + an evidence-based system |
| What's coordinated | Whatever you remember to track | Training; nutrition in a separate app | Usually training only | Training, fueling, and mindset as one system |
| Coach interaction | None | Optional check-ins, mostly async | High in session; little in between | A coach reading your week, every week — backed by a system, so nothing slips |
| Hands-on, in person | On your own | None | Yes — real-time form fixes | Remote — not in person |
| What you bring | Time, discipline, judgment | Discipline and honest logging | Show up, follow the session | Train hard; tell us how it went |
| Adapts when life disrupts | Only if you rebuild it | Reshuffles the next workout | Depends on the coach | Flexes around the disruption — you don't fall off or restart |
| Cost shape | Free, expensive in hours | €15–40/mo, low commitment | €80–200/session or €300+/mo | €150/mo founding, cancel anytime |
| Best fit | Curious tinkerers who enjoy the puzzle | Beginners; people who want logging at scale | Someone who wants in-person or daily 1:1 contact | Adults playing the long game who've outgrown the first three |

Start my 2-week calibration →The questions worth asking
Is this another fitness app?
No. PSP is human coaching with a system underneath. The technology handles organization and pattern-surfacing so coaches can focus on coaching. You won't be left to figure things out alone with a workout library.
What do I need to train?
Access to weights — ideally a gym, but a home setup works too (even a few adjustable dumbbells go a long way). Strength is the spine of the program, so you'll want something you can load. Tell your coach what you've got in the intake, and the plan is built around it — not the other way around.
Will I have to count macros?
By default, no — you fuel by hand: palm-sized protein, carbs that flex with training, greens non-negotiable. When a specific goal calls for it — a competition, a stalled recomposition — your coach may layer in macro tracking for a stretch to sharpen the result, then return you to fueling by feel. Precision is a tool we reach for when it earns its place, not the everyday.
What if it doesn't work for me?
The first two weeks are explicit calibration — you and your coach are learning how your body and life respond to the system. If it isn't right by the end of week two, you'll know, and you can cancel without penalty. Month-to-month, no contracts.
What if my goal changes?
Goals shift — that's expected. Your coach reassesses where you are and where you want to go, then shifts what the plan emphasizes. The work itself takes time, so patience is part of the deal.
Why is the founding rate so much lower than standard?
Founding members are taking a real bet on something early. The lower rate reflects that — and also reflects how much the early cohort's input shapes what PSP becomes. After 7 August 2026, standard pricing scales without needing that feedback loop.
What happens to my rate after 7 August 2026?
Nothing. Founding members keep €150/month for the life of their membership. The €180 standard rate only applies to members who join after 7 August 2026.
What happens after you join
What the first month looks like.
Not a plan and a wave goodbye. From day one you're inside a system that's actively working — here's month one, beat by beat.
Same day
Orientation.
A short intake — context, training history, constraints, goals, and what you train with (gym, home weights, what you've got). Five minutes, and your coach is already reading it.
Within 48 hours
Your first plan lands.
Training, fueling, and mindset for week one — built from your intake and set to your real capacity, not your best-ever week.
Day 3
Pulse check.
A quick signal to surface early friction, so we fix what isn't working before it becomes a pattern.
First two weeks
Calibration — and a note from Ivan.
Your coach dials load, settings, and communication rhythm in to you. Ivan sends a personal note about what he's seeing in your start. Not right by week two? Cancel clean, no penalty.
Every week
The loop runs.
A fresh plan every Monday, a five-minute check-in every weekend, and a coach reading each one. The week ahead always reflects the week you actually had.
Every two weeks
Coach office hours.
Drop into a live group call with your coach — bring a question, work through a sticking point, or just check your thinking.
End of month one
Reflection — and your founder call.
A longer beat to step back and re-anchor your direction, plus your invite to the founding cohort's monthly call with Ivan himself — separate from your every-other-week coach office hours, and yours as a founding member.
