Page Street Performance — Community Guidelines
Last updated: January 8, 2026
Page Street Performance (“PSP”) is a community built around alignment, respect, and personal responsibility. These Community Guidelines exist to create a space where people can train, learn, reflect, and connect safely — both online and in person.
By participating in any PSP community space, you agree to uphold the following principles.
1. Our Foundation
PSP is grounded in the belief that:
- Progress is personal and non-linear
- Safety enables growth
- Autonomy matters
- Alignment is built through trust, not pressure
We are committed to fostering environments where people can show up honestly — without fear of harassment, coercion, or judgment.
2. Respect & Conduct
All participants are expected to engage with others in a respectful, non-coercive, and considerate manner.
This includes:
- Speaking to others with dignity and care
- Listening without interruption or dismissal
- Respecting differences in experience, identity, ability, and perspective
- Avoiding shaming, moralizing, or unsolicited criticism
Harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior of any kind is not tolerated.
3. Boundaries & Consent
Consent is foundational to everything we do.
You are expected to:
- Respect personal, emotional, and physical boundaries
- Ask before offering advice, feedback, or physical contact
- Accept “no” without debate, pressure, or retaliation
- Refrain from pressuring others into activities, disclosures, or intensity
Coaching guidance is not a mandate. Participation is always voluntary.
4. Identity, Inclusion & Belonging
PSP welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, and expressions.
We expect all community members to:
- Respect names, pronouns, and self-identification
- Avoid assumptions about bodies, goals, gender, sexuality, culture, or ability
- Engage with curiosity rather than judgment
Discrimination or exclusion based on identity will not be tolerated.
5. Psychological Safety & Vulnerability
PSP spaces may include reflection, discussion, and vulnerability. These moments require care.
Please:
- Treat shared experiences as confidential unless given explicit permission to share
- Avoid minimizing or dismissing others’ experiences
- Refrain from diagnosing, pathologizing, or attempting to “fix” others
PSP is not a therapy space, but it is a space that values emotional safety and respect.
6. Community Spaces (Online & In-Person)
These Guidelines apply to:
- Digital platforms (e.g. messaging channels, forums, video calls)
- In-person gatherings (e.g. group walks, meet-ups, events)
- Hybrid or informal PSP-organized spaces
In all contexts, participants are expected to:
- Follow applicable laws and local regulations
- Act responsibly and with awareness of shared environments
- Support a culture of mutual respect and accountability
7. Coaching Relationships
PSP coaches are here to support, not control.
Community members are expected to:
- Engage with coaching as guidance, not obligation
- Communicate concerns or boundaries openly
- Avoid placing undue emotional, physical, or psychological expectations on coaches or peers
Similarly, coaches are expected to maintain professional boundaries and uphold these Guidelines.
8. Conflict & Accountability
Disagreements can happen. How we handle them matters.
If conflict arises:
- Address issues respectfully and directly where appropriate
- Avoid public shaming or escalation
- Seek support from PSP if resolution feels difficult or unsafe
PSP reserves the right to intervene when community safety or integrity is at risk.
9. Enforcement
PSP may take action if these Guidelines are violated. Actions may include:
- Private conversation or warning
- Temporary pause of participation
- Removal from specific spaces or activities
- Termination of access to PSP services in serious cases
Enforcement decisions are made with care, proportionality, and the goal of maintaining a safe community.
10. A Shared Responsibility
A healthy community is co-created.
By participating in PSP, you agree to:
- Reflect on your impact
- Take responsibility for your behavior
- Contribute to an environment that supports alignment, growth, and safety
If something feels off, you’re encouraged to speak up — for yourself or for others.
